Scandia Housing is not paying

Hello and good day.

We are Rakel Rós Kristinsdóttir and Sigmundur S. Gudlaugsson.

My husband, Sigmundur, was living in Denmark from November 2011 to November 2012.

We were renting an apartment from a company called Scandia Housing (http://www.scandiahousing.com/en) during this period.

After we moved out, they are neglecting to pay us the deposit we put in and are entitled to.

When we approach them on the issue, e-mails go most often unanswered, the receptionist never forwards our phonecalls giving us various reasons, and the times we leave messages they never call back.

We can provide you with the signed contract, given to us by Scandia Housing. We can provide the written statement where they specify the amount they agree we are entitled to receive from them.

Going through various websites, we have found out that we are not the only ones who Scandia Housing is neglecting to pay. If people are planning a class action towards Scandia Housing, we are willing to participate.
