minimum air temperature in apartment

Hi,
The temperature in my apartment is 20 degrees during the day and 19 during the night. Apartment is heated at the landlord’s expense and he says that he can’t do anything about that.
In Canada a minimum air temperature of 21 degrees Celsius must be maintained by the landlord. What is the minimum temperature in Denmark?

There is no exact rule about this in danish law, but the heating of the apartment must be “sufficient”.  Thus it is up to the “huslejenævn” to estimate, whether 20/19 degree is sufficient.
